Going Green - With the elevated awareness of sustainability and energy independence, our goal is to positively impact the environment while creating value for our clients. We encourage our staff to be leaders in energy conservation and environmental awareness as it relates to the management and operation of our buildings. Through ongoing training programs which raise environmental awareness among our employees, we incorporate LEED practices for sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, and indoor environmental quality whenever possible. We analyze all the materials we use in the operation of a building including: energy management systems, lighting, water, paper products, cleaning products and water heaters. In addition, we are working to obtain an Energy Star rating of at least 65 on each building in our portfolio.
