Our management philosophy focuses on our clients’ ownership goals and objectives as the primary parameter for measuring our own success. We encourage our property managers to take a proactive approach to owner and tenant communications, strategic planning and problem resolution. Our highly skilled property management teams work closely together to develop and execute operating strategies for each property, while maximizing the owner’s return on investment. We succeed because we understand the ownership perspective, having operated our own portfolio of commercial real estate investments for many years. Other ancillary property services provided to our clients include:

  • Facilities Management - We have extensive experience in developing customized value-added, comprehensive management programs for owner-occupied corporate real estate users. Utilizing strategic planning, our knowledgeable property management professionals ensure that the value of our client's real estate asset is driven by the goals of its ownership. Our staff is trained to operate with the perspective of an owner in their approach to the management of corporate facilities, allowing the client to focus on their core business.
  • Construction Management – We provide construction management services for our portfolio of properties. To achieve a smooth construction process, our manager works closely with both leasing and property management to assure that all construction is completed on time, on budget and with top quality standards.
  • Accounting - Using today’s most sophisticated software, our accounting department is able to provide clients detailed monthly reporting packages, annual business plans and budgets, financial modeling and other customized reports. Additional accounting services include; collecting income, making deposits, processing invoices, common area charges and reconciliation, treasury management of cash balances and management of tax appeals.


Environmental Statement

Going Green - With the elevated awareness of sustainability and energy independence, our goal is to positively impact the environment while creating value for our clients. We encourage our staff to be leaders in energy conservation and environmental awareness as it relates to the management and operation of our buildings. Through ongoing training programs which raise environmental awareness among our employees, we incorporate LEED practices for sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, and indoor environmental quality whenever possible. We analyze all the materials we use in the operation of a building including: energy management systems, lighting, water, paper products, cleaning products and water heaters. In addition, we are working to obtain an Energy Star rating of at least 65 on each building in our portfolio.
