EVS Realty Advisors also provides in-house property management and leasing services. This allows us to assist our clients in the divesture of these assets at the appropriate time. When the time is optimum to sell, our firm can prepare a comprehensive investment-offering package, identify prospective purchasers and negotiate the most lucrative deal.
