portfolio of commercial real estate for many years. Our staff comprises
experienced professionals with an average of 16 years in the commercial
real estate industry. Operating as a cohesive “Property Management
Team,’’ the property manager, leasing agent, marketing
manager, administrative and engineering staff work closely together
to provide comprehensive property management services to all aspects
of property operations. Each Property Management Team is responsible
for regular operational reviews to compare historical results against
established budget objectives. All such reviews include oversight
by at least one member of senior management.
