1300 Market Street is a 170,000 square foot historic landmark building that was constructed in downtown St. Louis in 1911. Formerly known as the Municipal Courts Building, California-based Heisman Properties is renovating this beautiful four-story, neoclassical building that was created by Isaac Taylor, the principal architect of the 1904 World's Fair.
