President
Career Summary
As President of EVS Realty Advisors, Mr. Reis is primarily responsible
for client relations and the operation of the firm’s services:
acquisitions, property management, agency leasing, facilities management,
consulting, market research and development of commercial properties.
He has overall responsibility for the supervision of the firm's
staff and the performance of its 1.7 million-square-foot portfolio.
Mr. Reis has been active in the community and the St. Louis commercial
real estate market for the past 28 years, and he is currently District
Council Chair of the Urban Land Institute St. Louis.
Mr. Reis has held several senior management positions in the real
estate industry over his career;
he has extensive experience in sales management. Before joining
EVS Realty Advisors, he was
a Regional Director with Insignia/ESG, Inc. where he was responsible
for all of the firm’s operations
in the St. Louis area, including supervision of its sales team.
Prior to that he was associated with Paragon Group, Inc. as Vice
President-Leasing where he directed the sales and leasing program
for its 1.5 million-square-foot portfolio. Mr. Reis also has a wealth
of experience in the development
of commercial office properties. Prior to Paragon Group, Mr. Reis
was associated with Cabot, Cabot and Forbes. During his tenure with
Cabot, Cabot and Forbes he served as Leasing Director for the development
of 1010 Market Street located in downtown St. Louis and as Vice
President in charge
for the development of One City Centre also located in downtown
St. Louis.
