P. Kennedy Senior Vice President Career Summary Since 1993, Mr. Kennedy has been exclusively involved in the St. Louis commercial real estate community. His areas of expertise include agency leasing of office properties and investment brokerage of office buildings and multi-family properties. He currently is responsible for the agency leasing program at Gateway One, a 409,000-square-foot, Class A office building located in Downtown St. Louis, which encompasses the entire development and execution of marketing plans, including forecasting, financial analysis, direct marketing efforts, marketing packages, prospecting and lease negotiations. During the past decade, Mr. Kennedy has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions ranging from 500 square feet to 750,000 square feet.
