I. Boyer, CPM Vice President, Property Management Career Summary Ms. Boyer is responsible for all property and facility management operations as well as client relations for EVS Realty Advisors’ 1.5 million-square-foot portfolio of office properties. As part of her responsibilities, she oversees day-to-day operations including property management, accounting services and reporting, tenant relations, construction services, and training and development of property personnel. As a 24-year veteran of the real estate industry, Ms. Boyer has a wealth of experience in the property management field and has extensive experience with high-profile office properties including Gateway One, a 401,000-square-foot, Class A office building; One Financial Plaza, a 434,000-square-foot, Class A office building; One City Centre, a 375,000-square-foot, Class A office building; and 1010 Market Street, a 343,000-square-foot, Class A office building. In 1999, Ms. Boyer was recognized by General Electric as one of the top property managers in the country.
