Career Summary

Mr. Stenger joined EVS Realty Advisors in October 2009 and has over six years of commercial real estate experience. He is currently assisting on several major leasing assignments in the St. Louis' metropolitan area and is primarily focused on landlord representation and investment sales and dispositions of com-
mercial properties.

Prior to his employment with EVS Realty Advisors, he was employed with Solon Gershman, Inc. in
St. Louis for two years as a Sales and Leasing Associate where he was awarded "Rookie of the Year"
in 2007. Prior to joining Solon Gershman, Mr. Stenger was a Market Analyst with Meritage Homes
in Southwest Florida where he was involved in the land acquisition for planned unit developments.
