Career Summary

Ms. Hakes is responsible for the development and execution of all corporate marketing plans and collaterals, including “envision,” a quarterly office market report on St. Louis which provides clients with the most current and accurate office market information; “e-vision,” a bi-monthly electronic newsletter on St. Louis business news; electronic communications with clients; and the development and maintenance of the firm’s website.

Ms. Hakes is also responsible for the development and execution of the entire full-spectrum of marketing services for the firm’s portfolio of office properties. This spectrum includes brand management, collateral development, public relations, advertising, property newsletters, electronic communications and presentations. Her 20-year involvement with commercial real estate has lent her experience in the areas of leasing, marketing, acquisitions, lease administration, paralegal work, due diligence and sales.
