Career Summary

Ms. Boyer is responsible for all property and facility management operations, as well as client relations for EVS Realty Advisors' 1.0 million sq. ft. portfolio of office properties. As part of her responsibilities, she oversees day-to-day operations including property management, accounting services and reporting, tenant relations, construction services, and training and development of property personnel. As a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, Ms. Boyer has a wealth of experience in the property management field and has extensive experience with high-profile office properties including Gateway One, a 401,000 sq. ft. Class A office building; One Financial Plaza, a 434,000 sq. ft. Class A office building; One City Centre, a 375,000 sq. ft. Class A office building; and 1010 Market Street, a 343,000 sq. ft. Class A office building. In 1998, Ms. Boyer was recognized as the Property Manager of the Quarter by Insignia/ESG (now CB Richard Ellis); and in 1999, Ms. Boyer was recognized by General Electric as one of the top property managers in the country. In addition, in 2000 she received the WOW! Customer Service Program award for the most improved Buiding Management from Insignia/ESG.
