Career Summary

As President and CEO of EVS Realty Advisors, Mr. Reis is primarily responsible for client relations, the successful performance of the firm's 1.7 million sq. ft. real estate portfolio, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and the implementation and oversight of the firm’s real estate services. 

Mr. Reis has held several senior management positions in the real estate industry over his 28-year career. Before joining EVS Realty Advisors, he was a Regional Director with Insignia/ESG, Inc. where he was responsible for all of the firm’s operations in the St. Louis area, including supervision of its sales team. Prior to that he was associated with Paragon Group, Inc. as Vice President-Leasing where he directed the sales and leasing program for its 1.5 million-square-foot portfolio. Mr. Reis also has a wealth of experience in the development of commercial office properties. Prior to Paragon Group, Mr. Reis was employed by Cabot, Cabot and Forbes where he served as Leasing Director for the development of the 1010 Market office building located in downtown St. Louis and as Vice President in charge of the development of One City Centre, also located in downtown St. Louis. Mr. Reis has been active in the St. Louis community for many years and has served on various boards and government agencies. In addition, Mr. Reis served as a Captain in the United States Army.
