Career Summary

Since 1993, Mr. Kennedy has been exclusively involved in the St. Louis commercial real estate community. His areas of expertise include agency leasing of office properties and investment brokerage of office buildings and multi-family properties. He currently is responsible for the agency leasing programs for over one million square feet of Class A office buildings located in downtown St. Louis, which encompass the entire development and execution of marketing plans, including forecasting, financial analysis, direct marketing efforts, marketing packages, prospecting and lease negotiations. He is also responsible for assisting the President of EVS Realty Advisors in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.

During the past decade, Mr. Kennedy has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions ranging from 500 to 750,000 square feet. He has been recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker and has received numerous other awards during his career including Regional and National Leasing Agent of the Year.
Mr. Kennedy's creative deal making experience has proven invaluable to clients and owners in achieving their individual real estate objectives.
