EVS Realty Advisors, Inc. was founded in 2003 and is a privately held, professional real estate investment firm. The firm is a partnership between Lewis Levey, Bob Guimbarda, Jack Reis and Tony Kennedy. Prior to forming EVS Realty Advisors, they were associated with Paragon Group, Inc. where they operated a near-billion dollar real estate investment portfolio located in 18 different states. The senior management staff has more than 75 years combined experience in commercial real estate.
Our company’s mission is to be the premier full-service, boutique real estate investment advisory firm catering to Midwestern and other select United States’ real estate markets.
